WHEN WILL ITEM SHIP?
All orders will be processed in the order that they are received and based on current inventory levels. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with alternate options. Cash K3y processes orders M-F (10 AM – 6PM) and will be closed on the weekends and national holidays. If your order is received outside of our working hours, it will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped within 14 business days. Cash K3y is not responsible for shipping speed.
DO WE OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Due to fluctuating inventory levels Cash K3y does not offer overnight shipping. If you need your order expedited, please email us at info@cashk3y.com to check inventory levels prior to placing order.
SHIPPING AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Our carrier attempted to deliver your package but unfortunately, the address provided to us was incorrect. It was missing an apt #, street #, house #, wrong city, wrong zip code, wrong state, etc. Maybe you sent it to the school mailbox address but your hometown city and state. If your address is not 100% correct you will not get your package. The package will be returned to us once and we will contact you once the package has been returned back to us. We will resend your order out once we get the complete address, however, reshipment fees apply. It is important that we receive the proper address in order to ensure that the package is delivered in a timely matter. Please be sure to make sure your address is correct on all future orders to avoid this problem. No refunds will be issued for packages that are unauthorized upon arrival.

CAN I change the size or color of an item after my order has been submitted?
Once an order is submitted we can not guarantee that the size or color can be changed before shipping. You do have the option of returning the item for an exchange once you receive it.
